The manager of the Sprint store in Rosemount announced an open position in sales.
The position will not only to use selling techniques to guests that come into the store, but also to go get business for themselves and the store. This may involve visiting businesses in the area, attending Chamber type events, cold calling and social media.
The employee will go through a very thorough sales training; associates don’t hit the sales floor until they have passed a written and role play exam. Compensation rewards those that work hard and are successful in sales activities including call backs/referrals/service.
