Web Development Internship
Call for Humanity in Minneapolis looking for an individual student or small group students/ interns who can help with its website. The organization is in the process of building a new website to reflect our work more clearly to our donors. This building process includes dynamic, bold contents, and user friendly design that is easy to maintain. Project work includes designing, planning, developing contents, developing/ testing and production deployment of the website.
Skill set needed: Strategy development, creative design, writing skills, wireframe conceptual designs for approval, content development (writing/ graphics) based on approved designs, coding/ embedding contents on web platform, testing, and deploying website for public use. Finally, candidate(s) should have strong social media integration knowledge as well.
The organization’s goal is to complete the project from start to finish in two months. Student will meet with CFH contact/ leadership team at the beginning and periodically for directions, planning, issue resolution and project updates (at the college or other location). However, student(s) will work from home/ university to complete the project work. This hours can be split among several students or individual effort. Students will be working with a single contact for this project. Contact will provide directions, and approval of the works.
